Tanja Wessels
Tanja Wessels is a globally experienced communicator, life coach, and thought leader whose work bridges psychology, sustainability, and human behaviour. Born in Lisbon, she has lived and worked across Europe, Asia, and South America—including the UK, Cambodia, Hong Kong, and Malaysia. With a background in film and media, Tanja spent two decades shaping narratives through storytelling, before shifting her focus to internal narratives—helping individuals understand the psychology behind their decisions and consumption habits. She’s a vocal advocate for mental health, and sustainable choices, known for translating complex ideas into compelling, relatable content. Her one year experiment of not buying new clothes is morphing into a decade, catalysing a body of work exploring identity and overconsumption. Today, Tanja coaches internationally, and designs behavioural change programmes, exploring self-regulation and modern life.
